Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Domestic orders are shipped with TCS and international orders are shipped with DHL. Domestic (UAE) shipping is free for non-exclusive items. a 20AED shipping fee will be applied if your order containts exclusive sneaker and apparel releases. International shipping costs will vary by order size, weight and dimension and is determined by DHL. Depending on the shipping address, transit times may vary as well.
Domestic Shipping (within UAE): 1 – 3 business days
International Shipping: 3 – 7 business days
Working days within the UAE are from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed after Thursday 5PM will be processed the following Sunday.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, containing your tracking code.
Orders with P.O. Boxes, Aramex boxes or hotels as shipping address will be requested to provide a valid ID and the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order for verification purposes.
Non-servicable & remote areas
If you live in a non-servicable or remote area in the UAE, shipping will take an additional 3-5 business days as the shipment has to be transfered to Emirates post.
International Orders
Delivery charges do not include import duties and taxes. These fees may be due when the shipment reaches the country of destination and are at the customers expense.
In case you refuse your order upon delivery, it will be send back to us. A refund will be initiated minus the return shipping fees.
Please note that we are not liable for any shoe box damages during transit. All products and packaging are carefully inspected before they are being shipped out. Damages are to be directly reported to the courier/shipping company. Exclusive & limited releases cannot be refunded as all sales are final.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your goods, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Items that you wish to return must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. All items must be returned with its original tags and packaging.
Delivery fees for your return shipment are at your own expense.
Items purchased on discount/sale or during a promotional period are not eligible for a return or refund. You may exchange the item for a different product or credit note.
Important return notes:
- Make sure your return shipment is well packaged and meets the requirements found at the bottom of this page.
- Packages can take up to 3 weeks before they arrive. Please be patient. If you require an exchange or refund urgently, you may want to consider sending your return shipment using an express shipping service (costs are at your own expense and dependent per country).

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Return, refund or exchange (if applicable)
Once we have your return confirmed, please send your return shipment with the completed returns form to the following address and send us the tracking code:

Once we have received your return in good order, your refund will be processed through the original mode of payment minus import duties and taxes. It may take up to 14 days before we can process your refund. Once a refund has been initiated, it may take an additional 14 days to reflect your bank statement. Should a refund arrive later than the mentioned period, please contact your bank or credit card company. We cannot know the reason for the delay.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are only accepted before your order gets shipped out. Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you refuse the package upon delivery, it will be returned to us. Your order amount will be refunded excluding the shipping and return shipping fees.
Return Terms
- Items purchased during an exclusive release such as: Yeezy, Jordan, adidas Consortium and limited edition releases are not eligible for a return or refund.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with its original tags and packaging.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All items must be in their original and resalable condition.
- Package your return shipment well so it will not get damaged during transit
- Footwear music be returned in its original dust bag and shoebox if applicable. Place the shoebox in a shipping box to prevent damages during transit.
- Please make sure all return shipments are sent with a traceable and insured service. We are not responsible for returns that are not traceable and do not arrive.
- We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items during transit
- If you are sending your return from outside the UAE, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS”. We are not responsible for any customs charges.
- Custom charges will be deducted from your to be refunded amount.
- Your return shipment must not arrive later than 28 days.
- Make sure that the returns form is included in your shipment. Any return shipments without the form may result into your refund/exchange not being processed.
- Refunds are only made to the original mode of payment.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are at your own expense.
- Shipping costs are NEVER refunded.
