When can I contact customer service?

How can I cancel my order?

Since we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, your order is handled shortly after placing it which makes it difficult for us to cancel.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may not be working right away. It usually takes several hours as your shipment has to be processed by the shipping company.

My package was damaged when I received it. What do I do?

When you received your order damaged, this may have happened during shipping. Please note any damages directly to the shipping company or driver. If you do not report this right away and notice later on that your items are also damaged, it becomes difficult for us and the shipping company to solve this problem.

How can I pay?

You can pay using all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). For domestic orders, there is the option to pay later and installments with Tabby. Read more here

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at the check out.

Kindly note that in light of COVID-19 international orders may expect a delay in shipping times.

Can I return an item?

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you may return the item back to us at your own expense. Exclusive items follow our "all sales are final" policy.
