The special women's Air Max edition is marked by a sleek and understated colour scheme that extends across both the upper and the sole unit. The upper prominently features brown suede overlays, a design choice that seems to pay homage to the statue of King Sejong located in Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square, which exhibits a similar brownish hue. Throughout the design, Hangul characters are elegantly incorporated on the sock liners, spine, and hangtag. Completing the look, the sole units are finished with a subtle yellow tint, lending an "aged" aesthetic to the Air Max 1.
